Jillian works with teens and adults. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, grief, and life transitions.

Anything that is shared during our sessions remains confidential. If you would like me to release any health records or information to a third party, I will request that you sign a written consent form. There are some limitations to confidentiality under the law which includes the following: If you are an imminent risk to yourself or someone else; if you are being abused/ neglected and are identified as a vulnerable individual; that you are abusing/ neglecting a minor or vulnerable individual; I am ordered by the court to provide specific information. Any questions or concerns about confidentiality can be discussed with me. My priority is to protect your right to confidentiality and establish a safe and trusting environment.

Our 15 minutes consultation gives you the opportunity to see if I am the right fit as your therapist. During this call I recommend identifying what your current stressor or problem is, along with what you would like to achieve during therapy. During this time I will provide some more information about my therapy style and feedback on ways we can reach your goals. I also invite you to ask me any questions/ concerns you may have.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment and do not provide at least 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the full cost of the session, with the exception of a medical emergency.

Cancellation policy
At least 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Late cancellations are subject to payment for the full cost for the session. To avoid a late cancellation fee, you can provide notice via email, text, or call with at least 24 hours notice.
Emergencies
I make my best effort to respond to all messages within 1 business day. In the event of an emergency, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For an urgent matter that is not life threatening, you can also contact the suicide and crisis hotline at 988.
