Jillian is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who is the founder of Jillian Cea Mental Health Counseling PLLC. She has over 8 years of experience in counseling an array of clients. Jillian has a focus in treating anxiety disorders, grief, chronic pain, and trauma-related experiences. She also has extensive experience in supporting individuals going through life transitions such as starting a new job, beginning college, or significant relationship changes.

Jillian’s work has been featured on News 12, Iona University’s Ionavation podcast, and has spoken at various educational and community panels. Jillian also created a grief support group called Compassionate Journey, to support those in her community who have lost a loved one. She has a mind-body approach to mental health, and believes that each individual has their own, unique journey to healing. Because of this, she uses an eclectic style to meet the needs of her clients.

When working with Jillian you can expect a warm and empathetic foundation, where trust and safety are established. She guides her clients in developing insight into the root cause of their symptoms to fully understand the bigger picture, challenge maladaptive thinking patterns, and instilling new, healthy beliefs and coping skills. Jillian believes that choosing therapy is choosing life, and strives to walk beside her clients as they achieve a life of purpose and meaning.
